• The kazoameok name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to the Platform, including reports, analysis, or feedback, you grant kazoameok a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Restrictions on Use

• No reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content without written permission
• No reverse engineering or attempts to extract source code
• No creation of derivative works based on Platform content
• No commercial use of Platform content outside the scope of your subscription

Data Collection and Use

Subscription Terms

Cancellation and Refunds

Termination by kazoameok

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Discontinuation of the Platform or specific services

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Data backup and account closure procedures will be implemented according to our data retention policies. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability clauses.

Dispute Resolution Process

• Initial resolution through direct negotiation with kazoameok
• Mediation through recognized Malaysian mediation services
• Arbitration under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre
• Court proceedings in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia as a last resort

Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any disputes that cannot be resolved through alternative dispute resolution methods. This agreement to jurisdiction does not prevent us from seeking injunctive relief in other jurisdictions when necessary.

Notification of Changes

• Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users
• Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with revision dates
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• Users who disagree with changes may terminate their accounts
